Limitations of Liability
HANTEO GLOBAL, INC. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) shall not be held liable for the accuracy, reliability, or adequacy of all the contents (hereinafter “Service Contents”) including videos, links, ads, and the posts and comments by the members provided in Whosfan (hereinafter “Service”). The Company shall not be held liable for the quality of the products purchased or other information provided by a third party as a result of the ads, other information, or offers through the Service.
You acknowledge that you use the Service and the Services Contents at your own risk. Accordingly, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages with respect to the use of your Service and the Service Contents.
The Company has no obligation to amend the contents of the Services and the Services Contents. However, the Company may arbitrarily improve the Service as needed.
You may not arbitrarily download or extract the Service Contents in any way other than watching the Service Contents through the Service within the limits permitted by the Services, and transmitting or posting the Service Contents outside of the Service without the Company’s consent or any other activity of the like is prohibited.
You may not access the Company’s Services and Service Contents provision systems in any manner not authorized by the Company, and the mechanical access through programs or access via a third party’s account information is strictly prohibited.
You may not use any and all information and rights relating to the Service, in particular the works and / or trademarks related to the Service, without the permission of the Company, and the activities that misrepresent you as the owner of the Service and the Services Contents are also prohibited.
You may not leak, disclose, (re-)distribute, or transmit any information, including the information about the Company and personal information of any third party, acquired in the process of using or viewing the Service and the Service Contents.
You acknowledge and agree that you understand and must comply with these restrictions and that you are liable for civil and criminal liability for any breach thereof.
You cannot use the Service and therefore should immediately stop the usage of the Service if you do not agree to the Limitations of Liability and Legal Notice above.
